I thought I would just do one post to all of you since I haven't been on here a lot lately, but there is hope, you have so many great resources on this site, the people here are wonderful and it takes courage to take the first step here.

You all can do this, whatever it is that you are looking to conquer. Hang in there, have faith and don't give up on yourselves. You are worthy of all the great things in life, remember that.
