Hey liss ,
When i gave up there was some discomfort and pain to go through , once i got through it , it kinda lessend and i became a lot more emotionally stable . Took a while but the pain and discomfort were only temporary .
Keep working away at it , i find a sober life worth it .

Hi liss.
What's going on that's has you feeling this way?
I know when I got sober the first time I had all those feelings too. In fact, now that I think about it, I couldn't fully explain why I felt that way..I just did.

Liss - Don't feel like you're the only one. When I got up to speak in a meeting I started crying & couldn't even choke out any words. Our emotions are raw after all we've been through. Be kind to yourself - it will all get better.

better today going to 3 pm meeting and read a few things on here that helped me today
