My New High is....

Pushups! I did 200 yesterday (10 sets of twenty throughout the day, not at once! lol) I guess I am starting to get addicted to endorphines now and my arms are gonna look good. Gonna start crunches today, not sure how many. Then maybe next week do some short sprints. I am gonna look like a million bucks. Oh, btw, this is week three! YES I Can! I Am Awesome! I had to share. Thanks for putting up with me.

That is wonderful! Congratulations on 3 weeks. It inspires me to hear of people who are succeeding during the early days!

Before my downward spiral, I was a workout junkie. So much better for us. Keep up the good work!

Well, this is the 3rd relapse in 6 months of trying. The workouts help tremendously (that is when I am not running a tractor) I have been at home due to weather and needed something to run, so I ran myself. Ya know? Got to stay busy.
its all I have anymore. I only did 160 today just cause I got tired, but I still have a few hours till midnight! Thanks..
