Well I made it. 104 days sober!
Good Afternoon,
Sorry I have not posted in a while. Pleased to say everything is good here. I have reached the 100 days goal and I am very pleased with myself.
How so much has changed. I feel so alive it's wonderful. My health is the best I can ever remember and lost 3 stone in weight! I see my family and friends again and also I am allowed to see my two sons again. I look a complete new man. All I can say is that being alcohol dependant for two and half years nearly cost me my life and I thought that there was nothing left but to drink myself to death. But I decided to choose life and thank God I did.
If you are just starting out on this journey, please understand you can do it. I needed a bottle of vodka first thing in the morning just to stop shaking and throwing up.
I do not need it, want it or miss it.
Good luck.
