Thank You Kat. I lay in my bed so much! I am always better when I get up and going, but I sometimes lay frozen in my bed with anxiety. Of what I don't know. It seems like this problem will never go away.

Hey Wendy I also have joined today. I know how you feel I am still really down after a binge at a stag party on Saturday. Feel so ashamed thinking of what I might have done as I can't remember. I have said before that's it I'm off drink but never really meant it but this time I really do. I hope we can help each other along the way

I just wanted to say thank you for suggesting the othet forums. Otherwise I don't think I would have found them. They have helped me out tremendously also.
