first day
I have very little clean time but must star t somewhere and now cuz I'm tired of killing myself like this and pushing the people that love me away.just wish I had somebody i love nearby tovhelp cope with the solitude still can barely hold anything down but must stay strong.one more day to get me by seems rather silly but all I can do s today,sorry for rambling on ibguess I just needed to say something anything to help me stay sober.thank you

Hi Hugo, welcome.
I'm on day 5 and spent my frost 2 sober days throwing up and feeling like crap. Day 3 was better, still feeling crappy and toxic, but no vomit. Day 4 I felt like a human again.
Stay strong, loads of people on this site have been exactly where you have been. Check in on the Feb 13 class- that's this months newcomers and there is huge love.

Been there and done that.
2 Mondays ago I drank enough to kill most people.
The next day I was miserable, sick, ashamed and desperate. I found this site and things have been better ever since.
I feel so damn good today I'd pay $10 for a headache.

Hugo, starting is half the battle. You will find lots of company here, so don't feel like you have to do it alone. Small steps grow to big accomplishments.
