Just back from a Recovery Community

Hey All
I just returned recently from 9 weeks in a recovery community here in South Carolina. It is designed for chronic relapsers of which I "was" one. My sobriety date is 12/1/2012. I am happy to have found this web page.

Congratulations on 9 weeks sober! You're probably experiencing some culture shock right now (I know I did after coming out of treatment). Be patient with yourself and remember to take it a day at a time.

Glad you've joined us - the support here has been a lifesaver for me!

Hi Sue!! Welcome to HERE!!! Like Coldfusion said, this site can be a great place for you to come to, lot's of new friends here, tons of support and like you, I went to treatment also. Time to stay focused and on track; this site can be a great rescue resource.
