Hey OneWing, I hope that you're still reading here.
I wanted to share something that is better for the both of you, put some things in front of him, and tell him he needs to do something about it.
Next, if he doesn't, kick him out of your house, set up boundaries. While you may not agree, you letting him stay there and do this is enabling him.
Meth is a horrible drug, I do hope he gets help so you can get your son back. In the meantime I highly suggest maybe going to an alonon meeting or calling an addiction/family therapist and taking some time to talk to them.
