Day 10 today and facing my demons
So day ten today. I've apologised to all the people I've upset in the past binge drinking , not told them I've quit drinking altogether as don't want them ever saying 'told you you wouldn't so just see how I go. Day 10 is good for me I'm aiming for day 30 for my record then onwards and upwards from there. Still get tempted now and again at the thought of NEVER drinking again. But the feeling passes and I just deal with today or this weekend as that's when the drinking happened.
Hope everyone is doing ok with their own demons good luck and stay strong. No one likes a drunk really deep down we can do this
