Hello, I found your site today. I turned 49 on January 28th and I want to get to my 50 year not I pain meds. I joined because I don't know if I am addicted to Hydrocodone. I have severe spinal stenosis, two bulging discs in the L4 and L5 region. I want to be me again. I don't remember what I was like before this. I have been told that if I have the back surgery that I will be on pain meds anyway. I am so confused. Thanks for letting me join.
