I hit 6 months of sobriety this past Friday!

Assessment:

Lost: about 25 pounds, and 3 pants sizes
Lost: constant feelings of anxiety, guilt and other unpleasant feelings

Gained: confidence
Gained: new friends
Gained: my family's trust again
Gained: So many new opportunities in life, I don't know where to start.

Those of you new to sobriety, keep it up! It's so worth it. I guarantee all areas of your life get better.
