Hello Everyone,

I am very pleased to say that it has been 48 Hours since my last drink. Last night was pretty rough, but with lots of powerade, b12, magnesium and support from my family, I have made it this far!

A little shaky with headaches, and a lot of sweating at night. But I am already starting to feel better, and I really hope I can make it stick this time.

Been looking into AA meetings, and plan to start very soon.

It really is a lot better, so far, to be sober, than drunk all the time. I look forward to mending relationships, and getting my life back on track.

Good for you! I suggest hitting the meetings sooner, rather than later. It can really jump-start your recovery.

Good job ice! Keep it up. I remember fitfull sleeping with alternating night sweats/freezing, exhaustion, feeling like total crap. With time, it does get better - I promise! The longer you stay away from the booze, the easier it gets!
