Tonight is a drinking night all the factors for a drink are in place, stressful day, arguments with my misses, buisness negotiations up in the air, very slow month in terms of revenues.
Tonight I would unleash doctor vodka and mr wine and I would drink until the last thought in my mind went dead.

But I remember the next day the crippling anxiety not being able to breath or swallow properly, or it could be even worse I may wake up in a police cell as when iam drunk I seem to have a way of getting there.


So tonight I will not drink.I will take the dog out go for a run.

Just had to vent..

Great choice. And it is a choice! Your dog will love you all the more for it. Stresses at work was my no1 trigger (excuse) to drink. I don't get as stressed at work since quitting. Funny that!

I can relate to you - I've had one of those "wine-triggering" days today. But it's amazing how better things are taken care of when the head is clear and power is not wasted to fight hangover.

Yeah, Friday night has always been my main night to drink. End of the week and all that.

I know you'll thank yourself in the morning. I bet by the time the night comes to a close you'll be thankful then too, I usually am and I have plenty of days like yours too, and I totally get it.

Enjoy your night. I'm going to play tennis tonight with my honey and I'm dragging my 12 year old to come along and be the ball boy.
