Well, kind of a vague post but I wanted to check in and let people know that I had a good day today. After two months sober, I'd say I still have some pretty bad days sometimes, and I tend to post a lot more when I'm suffering and then kind of disappear when I'm not. So I think it's important that I also try to post when things are going well because that's when I used to start slacking off and avoiding my program of recovery because I thought I was "all better". Then eventually I would relapse. I'm not doing that this time. Today was a fine, normal, fairly happy day and I'm still going to do the work. I'm thankful that there are some good times coming and I'm also thankful for the hard days because they remind me I still have a long way to go. Thank you all for being here and for reading my posts even the crazy ones! I love you guys.
