If I want to know about my past, I look into my present conditions. If I want to know my future , I look into my present actions.

I am where I am at right now because of the actions I've taken, or maybe, the inaction I've taken. That really made me look inside. I am not where I want to be just quite yet.

I am trying to Live for today. Not yesterday. Not tomorrow. Just today. Keeping my thoughts in this moment. I don't want to rent them out to tomorrow.

Today is a new day. Hiding from my history only shackles me to it. I can't undo a single thing I have ever done, but I can make decisions today that will take me to the life I want and towards the healing I need.

I can not fret about the coming hour. Nor worry about the past hour. I Only focus on this hour.

So try to Love yourself. Be gentle, kind, respectful, sincere. If you carry that out, you might inspire others with that attitude

I can't always choose the music life plays for me, but I can choose how I dance to it.


Life is hard. It gets even harder when you think it is really hard, and gets easier when you set your mind positive. If I change my thoughts I can change my life.

For me ,doing the right thing sometimes means pissing people off.

The more I point out someone else's flaws, the more I emphasize my own...

I try to protect my enthusiasm from the negativity and fear of others.

I have decided I will not, not do to nothing because I can only do little.I will do what I can. It's surprising what 'little' acts have done for our world.

We can all make a small difference. Today I try to be the change I want to see in this world.

I've learned...that either I control my attitude or it controls me.
