Hello there, I am new here, I have been drinking for years off and on but now at my age of 39 it has become to much, I have been drinking for the last 3 years everynight before bed about 10 beers everynight and more on weekends. I have decided it is too much so I quit cold turkey. I am now 6 days sober..yay me.. day 3 and day 4 was the worst headaches, cold sweats, insomnia...now at day 6 I feel great, I just hope I dont relapse.

If you don't have a first drink ever again, you'll never ever relapse.
