My Diary.
After lapsing after 50 days of sobriety, i decided to commence a Booze Diary.
I make an entry morning, noon, and night.
Today Sunday 20/1/13 A.M...... Every day is a risky day when it comes to alcohol.
Watch for peer pressure to drink, stress, anger, disillusionment, silly rationalizations and that crazy "impulse" out of the blue.
