Hello, how is everyone..I found this forum and find it to be very informative. I suffer from chronic pain from my neck c-5 c-6 dics herniation, also t-7 t-8 herniation and had a fusion done on L-5 s-1 with sciatica pain. So Im in alot of pain and right now we are trying new recipe for better pain managment. I am also a recovering alcoholic, been clean and sober for 5years 10-14-2012. 2013 will be my 6th year and thats my birthday date.
