Good for you. The weekends were always the hardest for me at the beginning. It is now totally the norm to stay in, and I was only just saying to my husband this evening that the idea of going out and drinking, being in bars and clubs until 3am and waking up feeling awful is horrible! Can't think of anything worse. Over time you'll change your idea of what a weekend entails - mine now entails work and exercise rather than drinking and hangovers! Far better.

Keep going - there are so many benefits waiting for you!
