I am detoxing myself off suboxone and pills...I'm on day 4 and it doesn't really seem to be getting any better. Does anyone have any advice??

My buddy is detoxing himself off it, well has actually been trying for months now, it's bad real bad. Sorry his best shot when it worked was detoxing at the hospital.

I suggest perhaps you look into some treatment. My bad not much help but just being honest.

In my limited experience with subs (mostly with sponsees) is that it is a protracted withdrawal that is best done inpatient. I was offered this drug when I was coming off fentanyl and I am so grateful that I told them no-way-jose. That crap is the devil. If you can go to detox/treatment, I would.
