True Happiness?
Listening to a podcast and this convo really stuck out to me....specifically the part underlined. I thought I was happy when xabf went to rehab, i thought i was happy when i got back together with him. But i was always waiting for the other shoe to drop, I was always on edge....and that's not true happiness. Hopefully I will be able to find that now that I have left...
1: Do you want to be happy?
2: Yea, I want to be happy.
1: Do you get nervous when your happy?
2: A little bit...like how long is this gonna last? Ya know, just waiting for the other shoe to drop. And that's not true happiness is it? If your always waiting on edge.
