This is dorky but I used to have imaginary meetings in my head while I was doing menial tasks at work. I would share about whatever I had going on at the time and would imagine peoples reactions and whatnot. If nothing else, it at least kept my mind on recovery.

I have books with me tonight....Big Book and Living Sober....this should help.

Do you have a sponsor and home group? When my plans get changed I have a few of the oldtimers phone numbers to touch base.
