This is a great place. I came here in terrible shape over 5 yrs. ago, and never left. I learned so much, plus made friends with some wonderful people who gave me support and hope. Glad you are here!

Welcome and make a plan...it can start here...and you will find suggestions for a route of recovery that will fit your needs. I use AA--it works for me & it provides me with a fellowship that provides support, friendship and camaraderie....Best of luck...
