what have you been doing for your recovery?
try to think of what you can add to make this work....recovery groups, dr, counsellor, rehab (inpatient or outpatient), lifestyle changes...

Yup, the first meeting I went back to I sobbed so hard I couldn't speak. All I could do was breathe and accept as many hugs as possible. I feel for you, that's a sucky feeling. You really do not have to ever feel this way again. There is hope.

I did. I remeber it clearly. I was in the bathtub, and bawled my eyes out for the situation I got myself into.
It didn't stop me from drinking again, but it put the seed in my head that I needed help.
