Shakes

Just a quick question, how long does it take for the shakes to subside? I've been sober for 22 days and the shakes were pretty bad during the first week. They are better but I still have them. Strangely one hand more than the other. Any advice?

Congrats on 22 days Alex....I would say to see a doc about the shaking, its possible that it could be from something other than withdraw however one can never be sure....all the best and keep it up!!
