fatass lol
We all have "fat days"... dont beat yourself up about it. To some degree I think nature wants us to pig out in the winter. When I feel the fat day coming on I like to prepare with fruits and vegitables so I am less tempted by the Doritos LOL
Honey, maybe try NOT being on a diet. Maybe try making lifestyle changes instead. And I don't know about you, but I find that sugar fuels my hunger pains and causes me to completely go off course with a new healthier lifestyle change eating program. For me, avoiding sugar is paramount to long range lifestyle eating changes.

There is a website called myfitnesspal.com. You can log everything you eat, and it does all the math for you. (If you have an iPhone, you can even scan packages and it loads all the calories, etc.)
This was enormously helpful for me in wrapping my arms around my intake. I wasn't trying to diet so much as eat wholesome food in smaller quantities. Weight melted away. Seriously.
And I have to laugh at what I read on here a couple of days ago. Someone mentioned that they were eating a lot of sugar after quitting drinking. Someone chimed in with, "No one ever got arrested for driving fat." :-)
