After such a bad day yesterday I'm praying today will be a better day.

So far so good........ no arguments, no screaming and shouting, no tears and no slamming and banging, whew!!

I'm going to take my time and ensure I do my hair and make up and then I'm going to take my children to see Life of PI, I'm a little excited to be lost in a new film.

And I'm looking forward to my first friday this year being sober.

You know one of the things we forget to do in early sobriety is take care of ourselves. I know for me and a lot of others are self-esteem is so low.

We have to remember that we are important and deserve to be treated well. And that includes treating ourselves well. Just do little things that make you feel that you matter.

Ok so day not going so well..... OMG Life of PI should not be a PG after 25 mins I had to leave with my DD 6yrs crying, she was so scared, my DS 10yrs was behind the popcorn, I should not laugh but it was so funny she was screaming I'm never going back in screen 11 again.

Their chilling on the wii so thought I would check in with eveyone.
