Hey guys,
I decided to turn my life around today, should have started a long time ago but we live and learn I guess!

Been having a terrible few weeks, a struggle to keep the will to live.
Glad to be here though, and glad I'm finally taking steps to recovery. I look forward to being in control again

I was lying to myself about how bad my drinking was. Lying to friends and even going out at night, getting a bottle of cider and drinking in the streets so my flatmate didn't find out!
It was fairly obvious though, and I was disappointed that despite people knowing there's a problem, they don't jump in and help.. then it hit me, you have to ask to be helped!

I'm sure there will be loads of things that are going to hit you in the next few weeks but stay strong.
