Hi everyone. I haven't checked the forums for quite some time, so I thought I'd drop by and check in.

After having several small relapses over the past year (mostly due to being desperate for ANY kind of "sleep" due to a sleeping disorder, which was caused by alcoholism), I'm happy to say I'm 72 days sober today. Not quite a round "milestone" number, but I'm proud of how far I've come.

Welcome to all the newcomers who are looking for life changes in the new year! Stay positive and don't be afraid to lean on others here for support.

Awesome , Iam am at 69 days today. We got to do it one day at a time. Just do it, don't drink no matter what. Good luck, I'll pray for you.
