B Complex Vitamins can help a bit. And Omega 3-6-9 helps me with concentration

It's best to talk to your dr about the vitamin question.

It does take patience and perseverance to get through those early, cloudy days. I found that if I made a list of things I wanted to get done, it felt like I was accomplishing things when I could check off an item. It will get better.

Niacin & Fish Oil & Vitamin C, down the hatch!


And now to play my 3DS, it's proving to be a great way to distract myself. Any Michael Jackson fans out there??

magical thinking got me drinking...hey, I don't like how my life is going...I'll drink and it will get better!

I continued magical thinking into my sobriety...hey, now I'm not drinking, therefore I will feel the way I want to feel!
