pain is envitable....suffering is optional

I live by this phrase..yet when i let my ex addict.bf come.back.just for sex and i put an end to it ..i am suffering and its not to much like an option ...i have the tools and want to move past this i just have one question once he hits a "mature recovery" point or works more steps will he ever knw that I actually loved him? i would hope whom ever responds to this mayb a recoverd addict who now loves themselves and or who has found this to be true..

When he reaches a mature recovery, ask him.

I believe in: Patience, more will be revealed.

In my life with my AXH, I thought what we had was love. After time and recovery, I now accept that what we had was an unhealthy attachment.
