slipped again

Gutted at myself, went against my better judgement and went to a party. Heavy drinking probably only by me. No escape plan. All my effort taken im a matter of hours. That was sat so had another couple yesterday. And now suffering today, got caught in bar brawl last nite so im here picking up the peices. I need the help now can't go like this.
Sorry for my potties state of mind. I need you though.

sorry to hear that Miko.

I was caught in my old life too - and sooner or later I got swept up and I did what I always did in my old life.

I had to make some changes, consciously make different decisions, and find more support.

You can do this - you just need to put more effort into staying sober than into getting drunk - does that make sense?

I never be any different when I drink I always resort to madman.
peace is far away for now, that was two months and I was feeling myself ease into feeling good. Can't wait to dust this off.

Hey, sorry to hear that. Happened to me too after a couple of months , but I was able to pick myself up and get back on the wagon. You can too.
What will you do differently this time?x

Aa. I need it. Im going to do it this time , I want to be a better person, and drinking doesn't help me in this.

Try not to get too down.

I like to think that figuring out why you chose to have the first drink, is awfully helpful in avoiding that very thing in the future.
