slipped again
Gutted at myself, went against my better judgement and went to a party. Heavy drinking probably only by me. No escape plan. All my effort taken im a matter of hours. That was sat so had another couple yesterday. And now suffering today, got caught in bar brawl last nite so im here picking up the peices. I need the help now can't go like this.
Sorry for my potties state of mind. I need you though.
Peace

sorry to hear that Miko.
I was caught in my old life too - and sooner or later I got swept up and I did what I always did in my old life.
I had to make some changes, consciously make different decisions, and find more support.
You can do this - you just need to put more effort into staying sober than into getting drunk - does that make sense?

It's working for me. Reckon it could for you too.
Try not to get too down.
Relapse happens. We drink. We're alcoholics. The important thing is that you're back and haven't given up.
