I'm new to this forum and looking around to try to understand how things work. it's a bit complicated.....

new to forum

learning my way around. setting a quit date in the very near future and wanting support/company. I am older woman, single, and have stopped and started more times than i can count now.

hi 4w, have you gone to chat yet? it's kinda neat. the button is up top on the right. keep posting here tho also. have you quit drinking? i'm "about to." trying to get my head wrapped around it and making a solid plan. mostly i have to figure what to do in the evenings when i normally drink.
