Welcome Meleah! It is hard fitting things in sometimes but you must try to take a little time to do something you enjoy. Anyone who can watch your kids for an hour so you can do a little workout?
Hello, and welcome.
Congratulations on your 25 days. That's great!
As I got some sober time behind me, life began to make sense again and I was able to deal with situations that drunk or hungover I could never do.
Hang in there, there is nothing drinking will make better.
I can now handle life on life's terms and I wish the same for you.

Welcome and well done, I'm on day 20 today so right behind you!
Tired too, headaches have stopped though and sleeping better. Still don't look as perky as I'd like and I get frustrated by that but after the hammering I've given my system over the years I need to remind myself that that's hardly surprising!
Just got to keep at it.

I work full time, but am doing good on fitting in time. I feel sooo much better, and my face is starting to look alive again! I've been staying tuned in to my emotions, and the triggers that make we want to drink. I've also been expressing my opinions and emotions more openly. This has been a great help for me to not want to "numb" myself for life. I feel like I'm learning how to live....
