Checking a new box at doctor's
I was at my yearly eye doctor appt. and he has a form you have to fill out. It asks about alcohol use check: never occasionally frequently In the old days way back I would check occasionally,which was "sort of" true. I drank occasionally but when I did I made up for lost time. Occasionally in my world meant not every night of the week lol In recent years I checked frequently because it was true, and felt glad they didn't have a fourth option. This year I checked never and it really hit home that it was true, I was answering honestly.
I felt kind of normal.
Vision in one eye actually got better for first time in decades. It really does do a number on more of your body than you would imagine.

Ahh honesty at the doctors. It is brilliant isn't. Somewhere on my medical file I got them to write 'Recovering Addict - No DRUGS' so if I ever go in and try to blag anything I won't get it lol.
