Well im up , n can't really sleep heads wandering. So glad I can talk here.
I just wonder though, I have done no exercise today but what I think is keeping me up the most is the fact I scoffed a big bag of potato chips and drank some coke. Usually been sleeping like a baby. Had this at eight pm.
Peace

I'm in a hotel drinking tons of free diet pepsi. Suppose I'll be up late too.
Been eating poorly as well since I've been traveling. Did get a workout in today which was fun.
Back home tomorrow and hopefully back to a healthier routine.

I'm not exactly being healthy either at the moment. I am eating more due to the cravings but that's better then drinking. I haven't put much effort into an exercise routine as I am solely focused on staying sober. I think over Christmas break I will start an exercise program but very slowly. I think we all need to give our bodies a break. We are doing the best thing for ourselves at the moment by quitting alcohol. The healthy eating, consistent exercising, better sleep will all come in time I think.
