Well done Robert. It does get better. I was Day 12 before I relapsed and felt great....lots of energy. SR helped me to stay sober for the 12 days and will do so again. A great site.

Hello Robert.
I have said to people before, and to myself, "Embrace the discomfort!"
Because, it means you are healing. Plain and simple, go through it. There is simply no other way.
Safely of course, but simply, "just do it!"
Please keep on the path, no matter what, do not drink.

Welcome Robert! Ending Day 6 for me today (Xanax and alcohol abuse) and this is truly the first day I have felt more good than bad. It does get better.
