Remember that breathing thing I told you about? Try it. Breath in slowly through your nose to the slow count of four. hold for the slow count of four. Exhale slowly through your mouth for the slow count of eight. do it a few times. it helps me to slow things down and take the edge off the anxiety.

I have guided meditations with sounds. There's several with water sounds and seem to help. one is about getting in the boat and rowing to the private island. I like it!
