My husband had recently gone to rehab, and I had posted a question on how to help. I got some wanderful warm responces and a few reality checks that I needed to hear. After being strongly opposed to going to al anon, I spent the rest of the week reading how helpful it was. I m attending my first meeting tonight. thank you to all who have shared their stories, it made me realise I am not alone and I dont need to be embarssed.
