It does get easier!

Hi everyone, Day 10 for me today.

Thanks to everyone on this site who helped me through the first few days of hell. One thing everyone kept telling me was "it does get better". Well it does!
I am no longer obsessing about wine morning noon and night, I'm now sleeping well and my panic attacks seems to have disappeared.

Its still early days for me but for all you guys starting out on this journey, just get through the first few days and you too will find that it does get easier as time goes by.

Very cool and congrats. You are now in the double digits. Just keep sober a day at a time.

Great news. Now you just need to keep working on your spiritual fitness to continually keep your defenses against the first drink maintained!

Hey that's great to hear dragon12. My anxiety attacks are also not as often and not nearly as severe.
