Good Morning?

Yep! Good morning, It's 12:15 EST and for the past four days, I cant sleep a wink! Getting about two and a half to 3 hours a night. All in 1/2 hours naps!
I'm new here and had some problems singing in to post. I guess the good thing is that I just started day five. I have much to talk about but I" keep it short tonight. Marcus

Glad you found us ,, welcome

I know when I would detox by myself, every single time I didnt sleep until the 4 th day. No naps or anything. I would be hallucating , seeing shadows ect..

UGHH its awful. But for me I always after that 4 th day , I started sleeping. very irregular for awhile. It took a couple weeks to really sleep well.

but it is so worth it..

Marcus, I didn't sleep properly for about 3 days. It's really frustrating to be tossing and turning all night. However, I am now sleeping so soundly it's wonderful. Due to not drinking alcohol, I have so much more energy and I am doing heaps of physical stuff around the house, so worn out come bedtime.

This will pass and you will sleep far better than you did when you were drinking. Pleasant dreams!
