newbie is always tough!
Hi everyone,I have just joined and feel a bit nervous. I really hope this site gives me some advice and support from others who actually understand what it feels like to go through the recovery process. Anyone fancy a wee chat, im here for ya x

This is a great place to be. It's helpful, supportive and non-judgemental. It's helped no end during these first few difficult days of sobriety, and my many failures in the past.

Welcome shivvy! We're so glad to have you. I was a little shy at first, but I got comfortable right away. This place has saved my life - and I couldn't do without it. Hope you will find encouragement and hope as you read and post.
