Punching in.

My emotions are all over the place. That maintenance guy came back this morning at 8:30 and even though he took out my garbage yesterday I realized I didn't like the idea of leaving him in my house with my stuff. I had to leave anyway and it made me feel disoriented.

It's cloudy and dark today.

Also I am very irritated that I gained three pounds. When you drink at night you wake up crazy dehydrated so it always seems like you weigh less than you really do. My jeans are tight.

I have to go get my car registration at the DMV.

Blech.

Hi Medic. The early days are always a bit of a roller coaster. I actually felt a bit agoraphobic at times, very irritable. But it will pass. Be proud of your success

Hi Medic,
Day 5 for me too. I can't say that i have noticed my emotions being all over the place but I've been called "very moody" by others over the last few days!
My weight has gone up as well, but I'm sure I'll lose it once I get exercising.
On the positive side, I seem to have so much energy at the moment and my thinking is so much clearer.
Keep up the good work and well done.
