I recommend you visit the Secular Connections forum if you think you may benefit from a non 12 step approach.
You'll find a lot of support here too - why not look at our Class of December thread? (also in this forum). It's for all those quitting this month

This is a great place for support and encouragement from a fine group of people. Please express any questions or concerns and we'll steer you in the right direction.
My last drink was Friday and I've practically been living here during the nasty detox mode. But, I do have to say it gets better each day of sobriety.
