Hello all I'm new to this sober thing I have been
Clean off norco/Vicodin for almost 48 hours! This is not easy at all but I need to do this for my kids and myself. I'm having a very hard time sleeping and getting comfortable and I don't know what to do, how long will this last?
Thank you
Thank you
Great job getting off of them!!!!!!!!
I can't tell you how long it will take, maybe a few days, maybe a week.
But usually after a few days things begin to get better.
Make sure you're drinking water and eating good food, if your stomach can take it.
You may also try some herbal tea to help you 'calm down' some.
Keep it up! Life only gets better my friend

Thank you very much I think I will try the tea I didn't think about that
As of 2am it has now been 2 days with no pills, it would have been 3 days but I couldn't take it 2 days ago and took a half pill and it helped me sleep soooo good but I felt like it made me worse off the next day so I got rid of my supply to make sure I don't have access to them because I'm ready for this change no matter how hard it gets. I am very scared though and I hope it goes by fast
