Did not sleep last night. big storm coming in which makes my body all aches. When I think just a drink is just when I can not. I am sad lonely and I hurt what would booze do for me? Not a funny post sorry

i was thinking this morning about what booze does for me -- hurts my stomach, damages my relationships through lies, guilt & shame, damages my brain so i have no memories of most of my days -- in short pretty much destroys me. so why miss it? have a long shower, then a run, then another hot shower.

I hear you on this stuff. I know you have really been struggling. I am glad something inside of you is telling you it is worth it. Something is telling me it is worth it, too. I have been struggling with wanting to drink, too. Last night I dreamt of drinking, and it felt so good. This was my first drinking dream. I think we can do this. Keep coming here and sharing with us what is going on with you.

Thanks it is raining now and off and on thru Sunday. I was walking around in pain and stubbed my toe which has been broken half a dozen times but I am drinking a protein drink so what can I say?

There are a couple of women that want to go out with me noe, not together but I can not handle it right noe. I do not want to isolate but I need to get things in order.
