Just had health issuues which set a bad back disc off. Wasn't even mental pain. Those are the shots that hurt :-)

Well keep up with those health drinks! I think it is amazing how our bodies can heal and rejuvenate if we feed it the right stuff .

...and back pain can be terrible! I had an injury several years ago and I still remember the pain.

Did they need to give you an epidural? Sorry, those are not fun. Hope you are back to yourself soon, make sure you give your body time to rest. Do not push too much!!!!
