alateen question
I've been going to Alanon meetings for a little over a month and they've helped me. My AH has been sober a month and living elsewhere. He is attending AA but has no sponsor and is not demonstrating any real recovery to us.
My 14yr old is struggling with adjusting to high school and is the most affected by my AH. I've been encouraging him to go to an Alateen meeting. Can anyone tell me how they are in comparison to Alanon so that he feels comfortable? I can only tell him that the Alanon meetings have helped me. Can anyone who has gone to Alateen tell me how it has helped you? Thanks!
