New to me
I want to start off here with the facts about my addiction. OTC Tylenol w/codeine. 15 years plus. 15 to 30 tabs a day, each with 300mg acet, 15 caffeine, 8mg codeine. It may be too late for my body already but I have to try and quit. Today I just took my (hopefully) last dose of this crap. I'll let you all know how it goes.
