I am coming off a physical illness which feels too familiar

Have not been able to eat, weaknesss , shakes. Speak about deja vu. It is a terriblle feeling even though I know it is not what it was. It really opens the memory glands. Went to the store today and had to hold onto a grocery cart to maintain balance, does that bring back memories for me. Maybe good to be reminded once in awhile but still feels crappy. Hanging with SR like a DR's prescription.

The memory of those feelings are still crystal clear for me. So sorry you are there. I hope you recover quickly.

Yes I am working on it. 50 years of drinking did not help. Can not figure out why not
